A hub for retail and eateries, Tower Junction is a convenient destination for a multitude of shopping needs – whether it be for the outdoors, home renovation, clothing and more.

The complex consists of three parts: Tower Junction Mega Centre; Tower Junction Outdoors; and Tower Junction Village. Combined, its footprint equates to 37,000m² of buildings with 1,200 of onsite car parks.

Powell Fenwick has been involved with the centre from its opening in 2005. Our teams have continued to work with Ngāi Tahu Property on the complex for ongoing works and fitouts for various tenants.

Our Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil and Hydraulic teams provided engineering for the original project, as well as its more recent new buildings completed in 2018.
