Our team is highly experienced in Acceptable Solutions design. This often provides the most cost-effective Fire Safety design for straightforward building types.

Buildings which fall outside of the Acceptable Solutions require computer modelling, specific design and liaison with peer reviewers, Councils and FENZ. This process requires additional time and resource; however, it can result in more cost-effective design solutions.

Alternative Solutions design methodology is used for buildings which fall outside of both Acceptable Solutions and Verification Method. It is not used often - our team uses this where special requirements are needed.

Our Fire Engineers offer advice prior to the purchase or lease of a building to identify its fire engineering requirements.

The majority of building consent applications require a Fire Report, whether it be for a new build, fitout or alteration. Our team is available to assist clients from the outset to ensure a smooth consenting process.

We provide peer review services by Chartered Professional Fire Engineers as the Verification Method and Alterative Solutions Designs always require this. This process also ensures consultants in our industry are continually learning from each other.
