Receptionist

About the role
This is a full time, permanent role where you will be the first point of contact both on the phone and in person. You will play a key role in supporting the experience of our team members, plus ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience for our clients and visitors. Your duties will include but not limited to:
• Ensuring a first-class office support and reception service
• Handling incoming calls professionally and maintaining a positive first impression
• Welcoming and assisting visitors and assisting with internal meetings
• Maintaining office filing and document management system
• Distributing mail and booking couriers
• Providing backup support to the Department Administration team
• Maintain company cars Registration, WOF’s, servicing and cleaning
• Assisting with staff events
• Maintaining all office common areas
• Maintaining stationery levels and ordering when required
About you
We are looking for a warm, friendly, enthusiastic team player to join us in our modern, centrally based Christchurch office. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in a similar role. You will be adaptable and flexible with a positive “can do” attitude and pride yourself on your professionalism and reliability.
