About you

• Recently completed, or are nearing completion of, a Civil or Structural Engineering degree
• Strong interest in structural design and are motivated to develop your technical capability within a professional consultancy environment
• Eager to learn from experienced engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of structural engineering projects
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a considered approach to problem-solving
• Can communicate clearly and professionally, and are comfortable working with colleagues, clients, and wider project teams
• Organised, proactive, and willing to take ownership of your work as you develop your engineering career
• A positive attitude and value working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
